The Deschutes County Search and Rescue Foundation is DCSAR Foundation is the recipient of the Whole Foods Market bag donations in Bend. During the dates of September 26 – January 15, 2017, all customers who bring a recycled bag may select DCSAR to receive their bag donation during checkout.
